Terms & Conditions
- The display price of a product excludes postage and packing, except in the UK where standard postage and packing is free.
- The charge for postage and packing in Europe (excluding the UK ) will be to the following schedule: orders up to £20 in value - £1: up to £40 in value £1.50: up to £60 in value £2: up to £100 in value £3: all higher orders £3.50.
- The charge for postage and packing in outside Europe will be to the following schedule: orders up to £20 in value - £1.50: up to £40 in value £2.50: up to £60 in value £3.: up to £100 in value £4.50: all higher orders £5.50.
- While despatch will usually take place within the time frame shown on the product page for each item, we guarantee that all deliveries will be made within 14 days.
- In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil all or part of your order, we will notify you by e-mail and credit your account with the full amount charged.
- Full refunds (together with the cost of return postage) will be made in the event that a product, which must be returned to us, is received in an unsatisfactory condition.
- Before returning a product for any reason, please notify Musical Bond Ltd by email (see the contacts page for details).
